99.99% carrier delivery SLA for OTPs with automated failover routing.
BlueSend provides programmatic, enterprise-grade access to telecommunications operators across Bangladesh (including Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi Axiata, Airtel, and Teletalk). We guarantee an operational uptime standard of 99.99% for our core API gateway and routing nodes.
OTPs and high-priority transactional alerts dispatched through our dedicated lanes are prioritized over batch promotional campaigns, ensuring average handset delivery latencies under 1.2 seconds under standard carrier operating conditions.
In accordance with Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guidelines, all alphanumeric sender IDs and masking must be properly registered and approved prior to production transmission. BlueSend strictly prohibits unverified spam, phishing, financial fraud, or unconsented promotional transmissions.
Accounts found initiating abusive traffic or violating telecom broadcast guidelines will face immediate route suspension to protect carrier integrity.
Delivery receipts reflect real-time handset acknowledgments communicated from the destination operator’s Short Message Service Center (SMSC). While BlueSend guarantees immediate handoff to the operator, delivery to the handset may be influenced by device state (e.g., handset powered off, out of coverage area, or subscriber SIM barred).
DLR callbacks are transmitted asynchronously via HTTPS Webhooks to merchant endpoints.
SMS credits purchased through wholesale tiers or instant payment gateways (such as bKash, Nagad, or Bank Invoice) are non-expiring under active tenant accounts. 1 SMS credit is deducted per standard 160-character GSM 7-bit message segment or 70-character Unicode message segment.
Refund requests for unused credit balances may be submitted to our enterprise desk within 14 business days of transaction completion.
All programmatic transactions are secured with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. BlueSend adheres to strict data retention policies: message payloads are cleared from intermediate transit buffers upon confirmed handset delivery or expiration, preserving complete recipient privacy.
